Receta Sino Italian Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. chicken
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Marinade mix: Combine soy sauce, sherry, ginger, garlic and sugar. Soak chicken wings in this overnight. Mix flour and cheese. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Coat chicken with flour mix; put 3 Tbsp. oil onto a cookie sheet. Bake chicken on this for 15 min then turn and cook another 15 min.
