  1. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter, put in 3 qt casserole. Brown meat in oil. P our over mushrooms.
  2. Combine 1/2 of broth, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onions. Blend cornstarch with the rest of broth. Stir in wine and spoon over meat. Cover and bake 275 for 1 hour. Serve over noodles which have been cooked.
