Receta Skillet Apple Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 4 med. red potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 lg. Golden brown Delicious apples, cored & coarsely diced
Direcciones
- Wash potatoes; cook in skins in boiling salted water just till tender. Drain and dice. Saute/fry bacon in large heavy skillet till crisp. Add in green onions and green pepper; saute/fry till crisp tender. Stir in water, vinegar, sugar and seasonings; heat to boiling. Add in potatoes and apples to skillet. Heat thoroughly, stirring gently. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
