Receta Skillet Baked Sliced Potatoes-Cheese-Bacon Casserole
Goes with most any main entrée-delicious!
Ingredientes
- 6 Whole Yukon Gold Potatoes (peeled, sliced on a mandoline).
- 1 cup light cream'
- 1/2 stick melted sweet cream butter
- 1/2 cup panko (or plain bread crumbs)
- 1-1/4 cup shredded White Cheddar Cheese
- 3 slices cooked bacon, cut into small pieces
- Salt and black pepper , to taste
Direcciones
- Using a 10" cast Iron Skillet spray with your favorite cooking spray liberally
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Slice potatoes using a mandoline
- Add them into the skillet, add cream, butter, gently stir, add cheese and bacon pieces, top it off with Panko and place into the Hot Oven.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and potatoes are fork tender.
- Serve and enjoy!
- We love these with Country Ham Dinner.
