Receta Skinny Apple Pie
Skinny Apple Pie is gooey, tender apples with a crispy caramelized crust that is one bowl and easy to make. Low Fat, No Crust!
Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup flour sifted together with 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, pare, core and chop into smaller pieces
- ½ cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
- Topping: Optional
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg then add the rest of the ingredients in the order listed. Spread in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes (30 minutes if you don't add the topping).
- Optional: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Carefully remove the pie from the oven and drizzle the butter mixture over the top and return to the oven for 5 minutes, until the top is nice and brown.
