Ingredientes
- 3 pounds ground beef
- 1 can tomato puree 15 oz
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
- 1 can condensed French onion soup with beef stock 10.5 oz
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 bag 28 0z frozen potatoes with onions and peppers thawed
- salt
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- cook beef until brown drain
- mix puree and mushroom soup - stir in onion soup and water
- mix beef and potatoes ( reserve 1 cup of potatoes), and soup in crockpot
- sprinkle with reserved potatoes and cheese
- cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours
