    This is a very interesting recipe. My family and many others here in southwestern Virginia enjoy the bagged as well as homemade pork skins and rinds of various heats, but this recipe is unfamiliar to me and I like that. Considering how we feel about the aforementioned, this has to be good!!! I gotta try it!
