Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce.) can red or possibly pink salmon, liquid removed, deboned & flaked
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/3-1/2 c. finely minced celery
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except celery. Shape into ball and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Roll in celery. Serve with crackers or possibly celery sticks.
