Receta Smoky Micro Nuts

Ingredientes
- 1 c. hazelnuts
- 1 1/2 c. almonds
- 1 1/2 c. English walnuts
- 1 1/2 c. pecans
- 5 tbsp. salt
- 2 ounce. liquid smoke (Wrights, Reese, etc.)
- 2 c. hot water
Direcciones
- Dissolve salt in water and liquid smoke mix. Place nuts in shallow glass baking dish and pour water, smoke, salt mix over. Wet thoroughly and soak 1 hour, stir occasionally.
- Drain liquids from foul smelling, salty, nasty looking nuts and air dry for 1 hour. Microwave 13 min on high, stirring after 8 min and every 2 min thereafter.
- Remove and let cold completely before placing in closed container. Adjust cooking time proportionally if amounts are reduced or possibly increased.
