  1. Trim fat from round steak, rub to cover with Kitchen Bouquet, cut into serving pcs. Brown in a little oil. Add in onions, bell pepper, fresh garlic, add in sufficient water to cover. Simmer till meat is tender, adding more water, if necessary.
  2. When meat is tender, add in mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. If juice needs to be thickened, use flour mixed with water and continue cooking till desired thickness. Serve over steamed rice.
