Ingredientes
- 11Â 1/2 ounce Lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 30 x Vanilla caramels
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 c. Minced peanuts
Direcciones
- Heat chips and shortening in microwave. Stir till smooth. Pour 1/2 of chocolate mix into 8" foil lined pan. Chill till hard (about 15 min). Put caramels, butter and water in bowl and heat in microwave.
- Stir till smooth. Blend in nuts. Pour over first chocolate mix; chill till tacky (about 15 min). Reheat remaining chocolate. if necessary, pour over top, chill, cut and enjoy.
