Receta Snow Ghost Cocoa Cream Pie (Chocolate Pie)

Ingredientes
- 1 (9") baked pastry shell or possibly crumb crust
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Sweetened whipped cream
Direcciones
- Combine cocoa, sugar, salt, cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually blend lowfat milk into dry ingredients, stirring till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till filling boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Carefully press plastic wrap directly onto pie filling. Cold. Refrigerate3 to 4 hrs. Garnish with whipped cream.
