Ingredients: 50 lb Crawfish, live; 2 x Salt, boxes; 12 x Lemons, halved; 12 x Onions, med, halved; 1 x Celery stalk, 2" pcs; 1 bot liquid crab boil; 4 ounce Cayenne pepper, liquid; 6 bag crab boil; 1 x Tabasco sauce, bottle; 9 x Garlic clove, halved

Ingredientes

50 lb Crawfish, live
2 x Salt, boxes
12 x Lemons, halved
12 x Onions, med, halved
1 x Celery stalk, 2" pcs
1 bot liquid crab boil
4 ounce Cayenne pepper, liquid
6 bag crab boil
1 x Tabasco sauce, bottle
9 x Garlic clove, halved

Direcciones

Purge in tub with one box salt for 5 min. Drain and repeat. Fill 60 quart pot half-way with water and all ingredients except crawfish. Boil vigorously for 5 min. Add in crawfish and bring to a second boil. For small crawfish, turn off fire and let soak for 45 min. If large, boil 3-5 min before removing from fire to soak.
