- 8 oz. soba noodles or whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 4 oz. snap peas, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into matchsticks
- 3/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced and cut in half
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
