Receta Soba Noodles With Sesame Cilantro Pesto

Ingredientes
- 1 x clove garlic
- 1 x 1" pc ginger, peeled
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 bn cilantro, stems removed
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mirin, a japanese rice wine
- 1 x lime, juice of
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 8 ounce soba noodles, cooked
Direcciones
- In a food processor, mince garlic and ginger by dropping into shoot while machine is running.
- Add in sesame seeds and cilantro and pulse till finely minced. Add in soy, mirin, juice and Tabasco.
- Turn on processor. While machine is running, slowly add in sesame oil in a steady stream till oil is incorporated and pesto is smooth and creamy. Toss with warm noodles.
- Makes 4 servings.
