Receta Soft Gingerbread With Orange Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. molasses or possibly dark corn syrup
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 3 c. flour, sifted
- 2 tbsp. baking soda
- 2 tbsp. ginger
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Cream butter, gradually add in sugar, cream till fluffy. Add in molasses and beaten Large eggs. Sift flour. Measure and sift again with soda and spices. Alternately add in flour and lowfat milk to butter mix (add in flour first and last.) Beat thoroughly. Bake in well greased and floured square or possibly oblong cake pan. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 40 min.
