Receta Souffle Pancakes
Ingredientes
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/3 c. buttermilk pancake mix
- 1/3 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 egg whites
Direcciones
- Beat egg yolks till thick and lemon colored. Mix in pancake mix, lowfat sour cream and salt till well blended. Beat egg whites till stiff but not dry. Carefully fold into yolk mix. Drop by tablespoonfuls or possibly more onto hot, well greased griddle till golden both sides. Makes 6 servings.
