Receta Sour Cream Cheese Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. (115 degree) water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sesame seed (optional)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve yeast in hot water in mixer bowl. Add in salt, sugar, soda, lowfat sour cream, egg and 1 1/3 c. flour. Mix well. Stir in remaining 1 c. flour and cheese. Place dough in greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Let rise in hot place for 50 min (won't double in size). Bake for 25-30 min or possibly till light brown. Remove immediately to wire rack. Yield: 1 loaf.
