Receta Sour Dough Honey Gold Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. culture, set overnight
- 2 c. lowfat milk (scald, cold, add in 1 pkg. yeast)
- 2 tbsp. butter, add in to culture
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 c. wheat flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 c. flour
Direcciones
- For oatmeal bread omit wheat germ and add in 2 c. oats.
- Add in wheat flour, wheat germ, sugar, salt and baking soda and let rest 30 min. Stir down. Add in flour and then knead. Let dough rise twice and then shape into loaves and rise. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min and at 300 degrees for - till bread shrinks from sides of pans.
