Ingredientes

1Â 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 tsp salt
2Â 1/4 c. bread flour
1/2 c. hot water
1Â 1/4 tsp sugar
1Â 1/8 c. sourdough starter

Direcciones

For a sour bread, feed the starter several days before starting the bread. For a fluffy bread, feed the starter a half day before starting the bread.
Add in the ingredients to the pan in the order recommended by machine manufacturer. Select "White Bread".
This recipe yields 1 loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
