  1. Put together flour, soda, and salt; set aside. Put together butter, sugar, large eggs and vanilla; cream with an electric mixer for 1 1/2 min. Add in bananas, nuts, lowfat sour cream and flour mix. Mix by hand till barely mixed; let set 5 min. Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan or possibly greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till a toothpick comes out partially clean. Bake 10 to 15 min for muffins.
