Ingredientes
- 12 hard cooked large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 5 T mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 T sweet relish
Direcciones
- Leave large eggs out 24 hrs, prior to hard boiling. Cut peeled large eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Fold in all ingredients. fill whites with egg yolk mix, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle with paprika lightly.
