  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 2 lg. white onions, peeled
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled
  • enough italian seasoning to cover top of sauce
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • Olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. dice onions and garlic together. In a large saucepan, put in enough olive oil to cover bottom of pan and add the onions, garlic, itailian season, parsley flakes and saute in oil being careful dont burn.
  2. When onions become transparent(clear), stir in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Stir sauce occasionally with a wooden spoon (metal spoons will leave a metallic taste to the sauce). Serve with pasta noodles
