Receta Spicy Avocados
I feel like I am cooking from everyone else’s blogs lately, but I can’t help it! There’s so much great stuff people are posting! I got this recipe from Kika’s blog, The Wandering Cook. It was so simple, for one thing. I threw it together as a quick side for dinner for Matthew and myself last night. It’s fast, easy, and oh-so-delicious! I love, love, love avocados, so if I don’t cook anything else summery before fall fever takes over, I am glad I made this!
Although Kika’s recipe calls for 1 avocado, since I was feeding the both of us, I grabbed 2 of them. 1 for each of us. Matthew and I both enjoyed this!
