Receta Spicy Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredientes
- 2-2 1/2 pound chicken wings
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. peanut oil or possibly other oil
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/3 c. sherry or possibly wine (white)
- 1 teaspoon dry rosemary">rosemary or possibly fresh rosemary">rosemary sprigs
Direcciones
- Rinse chicken wings. Pat dry. Arrange in shallow baking dish. For marinade: Put together soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, mustard, wine and rosemary in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir till sugar is dissolved. Let cool. Pour marinade over chicken wings. Cover, marinate for 3 hrs or possibly more in a cool place. Remove from refrigerator. Let sit at room temperature 1/2 hour before baking. Bake chicken wings at 350 degrees for 35 min, turning and basting from time to time while baking. Remove chicken wings to paper towels to drain. Serve hot.
