Receta Spicy Beef Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 375 gm Steak, rump, thinly sliced
- 1 x Capsicum (Pepper,Red)
- Â Â Sliced
- 1 c. Mushrooms (button) sliced
- 2 x Spring
- Â Â Onions(shallot)sliced
- 1 bn Asparagus, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chilli & Garlic sauce
- 2 tsp Cornflour
- 1/3 c. Water
Direcciones
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in Work or possibly pan. Add in beef and stirfry till golden brown. Remove from pan Heat remaining oil in Wok, add in vegetables and stirfry for 2 min. Return meat to Wok with combined remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stir fry for 1 minute
