Receta Spicy Crab Dip

Name: Spicy Crab Dip
Ingredients: 1 bn green onions minced using as much; of the green as possible.; 1 tsp cumin; 8 x 10 ounce of crab meat; 1 can minced green chilies; 1 x 16 ounce of cream cheese; 1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese grated (or possibly Monterey Jack)

Ingredientes

1 bn green onions minced using as much
Â Â of the green as possible.
1 tsp cumin
8 x 10 ounce of crab meat
1 can minced green chilies
1 x 16 ounce of cream cheese
1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese grated (or possibly Monterey Jack)

Direcciones

Saute/fry the onions, chilies and cumin in a very small amount of extra virgin olive oil. Add in the crab. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and add in to the crab pan. Mix continuously till cream cheese is melted. Pour into a 1 qt casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 350 degrees oven till lightly brown and bubbly. Serve with Tortilla chips
