Receta Spicy Cranberry Orange Relish

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cranberries washed
- 1 c. honey
- 1 c. water
- 1 med naval orange
- 1 tsp ginger fresh or possibly grnd
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd cardamom
Direcciones
- Bring cranberries, honey and 1/2 c. of water to a boil in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 min, then uncover and simmer 10 min longer, stirring occasionally.
- Quarter unpeeled orange and chop it finely in food processor. Add in to simmering cranberry mix with remaining 1/2 c. of water and spices. Stir well and simmer an additional 20 min, stirring occasionally. Refrigeratebefore serving.
