Receta Spicy Melon With Basil And Rice Wine Vinegar

Ingredientes
- 1 c. ripe cantaloupe melon balls
- 1 c. ripe honeydew melon balls
- 1/2 c. finely minced red bell pepper
- 3 Tbsp. finely minced red onion
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 x lime juiced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Place the melon, pepper, red onion and basil in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a smaller bowl.
- 2. Just before serving, pour the liquid over the melon.
- Description: "Thai lemon basil."
- NOTES : Serve this melon dish with roast duck or possibly pork.
