  1. Drain peaches, reserving 3/4 c syrup. Combine syrup, vinegar, sugar and spices in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring frequently. Add in peaches and lower heat to simmer. Simmer 10 min. Strain peaches, reserving liquid and discarding spices. Place peaches in a bowl or possibly mold. Add in boiling water to cooking liquid to equal 1 c.. Dissolve jello in this liquid. Blend in cool water, then pour over peaches. Refrigeratearound 3 hrs, until hard.
