Receta Spicy Pork (Face) Sisig
How to make the right pork sisig using pork's face!
Ingredientes
- 1 1⁄2 kg pork face
- 1⁄4 cup grilled liver (diced)
- 2 med onion (diced)
- 2pcs Red pepper (chopped)
- 1 head garlic (minced)
- 6 hot chili pepper (minced)
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1 cup CaneVinegar
- 1 tbsp liquid seasoning
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 cup Beef stock
- 1 pc egg
Direcciones
- Grill pork face for to remove hair (or have it cleaned in the market)
- Boil pork face until tender.
- Take out all the meat and dice.
- In a sauté pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, onion, red pepper, pork meat and liver.
- Season with liquid seasoning, black pepper, and brown sugar.
- Pour in beef stock and cook until meat is tender and starts to oil again.
- Add minced chili pepper and stir all together.
- Serve on a sizzling plate with raw egg on top.
