- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- One 24 oz. jar marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling
