Receta Spinach, Ham, Avocado Salad, Thousand Island Dressing; golf?!?
Ingredientes
- 8oz (240gr) ham, cut into pieces
- 1 avocado, sliced, slices cut in half
- 2oz (60gr) cheddar or other cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 small tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- enough greens for 2 main dish salads, I used spinach and red leaf
- 3 tbs fresh oregano leaves, pulled off stems or any other fresh herbs
- Thousand Island Dressing:
- 4 tbs Greek yogurt
- 2 tbs ketchup
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
