Sisig is one of the popular pub food in the Philippines usually made with pork innards served on a sizzling hot plate and dressed with pork brains it is not for everyone especially to those ones who does not love eating offal. It may sound like a food from a horror movie but Filipinos do love it but how about the ones who did not grow up with this dish?
