- 1 stick plus 1 T. of unsalted butter
- 2 c. dark brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 t. pure vanilla extract
- 2 c. flour
- 2 1/2 t. baking soda
- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 T. Bailey’s Irish Cream
