Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean grnd beef
- 1 lrg Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lrg Onion, minced (1 c.)
- 1 quart Cherry tomatoes, stemmed
- 15 ounce Black-eyed peas, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Lightly brown grnd beef, in a medium saucepan. Stir in garlic. Layer onion and tomatoes on top. Pour on black-eyed peas, liquid and all. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for thirty min, without stirring. Stew is done when the tomatoes are cooked. Ladle into serving bowls.
