Receta Steamed Blue Crabs

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. seafood seasoning
- 1/2 c. salt
- 3 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. beer (or possibly water)
- 3 doz live Maryland Blue hard crabs
Direcciones
- Mix seasonings, vinegar and beer (or possibly water) well. Put one-half crabs in a very large pot with rack and TIGHT fitting lid. Pour one-half of seasoning mix over top. Add in rest of crabs and remaining liquid. Steam covered, till crabs turn bright red color, about 20 to 30 min. Serve warm or possibly cool.
- Serves 9-12, depending on the size of the crabs.
