Ingredientes
- 1 c. wholemeal self-raising flour
- 1 c. flour, self-raising
- 1 c. dates
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. golden brown syrup
- 1/4 c. treacle
- 1 tsp bicarb of soda
Direcciones
- Chop dates and walnuts.
- Sift flour into bowl, add in dates and nuts, hot lowfat milk, syrups and soda. Pour into bowl and mix well.
- Steam for 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 hrs.
- Use three large soup tins or possibly loaf cylinders.
