Receta Steamed Pork And Shrimp Dumplings

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Fresh grnd pork
- 2 ounce Shrimp, chopped
- 2 x Scallions, finely minced
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 3 x Fresh water chestnuts, peeled, washed, dry, and finely diced
- 6 med Shiitake mushrooms, diced and sauteed
- 1/4 c. Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- Â Â White pepper to taste
- 24 x Wonton skins
- 1 c. Water
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients, except wonton skins and water.
- Pour the water into a small bowl. Wet the edges of the wonton with your finger, dipped in water. Place a Tbsp. of mix in the center of the wonton. Fold two corners together, enclosing the mix, to create a triangle. Seal by pinching the wonton together (water helps it to seal).
- Once assembled, steam in a bamboo steamer for 8 to 10 min.
- Yield: 24 servings
