Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/3 c. Water
- 1 c. Steel C. Oats
- 1 tsp Blackstrap Mollasses
- 1/2 c. Dry currants
- 1/4 c. Crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
Direcciones
- Boil water, oats, mollasses, currants, sugar. Turn down flame. Add in remaining ingredients. Stir occasionally. Remove when all liquid has been absorbed around 15-20 min.
- Serve warm.
- For a nice creamy texture, fold in some solid-pack pumpkin after removing from the heat.
