Receta Stir Fried Bean Sprouts With Tofu

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Tofu
- 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic, finely minced
- 1 lb Bean sprouts
- 5 x Green onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Drain the tofu & cube. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat & stir-fry the garlic for a few min, till it turns golden brown. Set aside. Add in the tofu, stir-fry for 5 min. Add in the bean sprouts, onions, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Add in the reserved garlic. Stir-fry for no more than 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with another dash of pepper & serve warm.
