Receta Stir Fried Pork With Chinese Lettuce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Lean pork
- 2 c. Chinese lettuce
- 2 x Green peppers
- 1 c. Onions
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 slc Fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 x Or possibly
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
Direcciones
- 1. Dice pork, lettuce, green peppers and onions.
- 2. Mince ginger root, then combine with soy sauce, sugar and salt.
- 3. Heat oil. Add in pork and stir-fry till golden brown (about 3 to 4 min).
- 4. Add in onion and stir-fry 1/2 minute. Add in peppers; stir-fry 1 minute more. Add in lettuce; stir-fry another minute.
- 5. Add in ginger-soy mix and stir-fry to blend flavors (1 to 2 min more). Serve at once.
