Receta Stir fry
Ingredientes
- 2 lg. garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1.5 lb. pork loin
- 2 lb frozen stir fry vegetables
Direcciones
- combine garlic, soy sauce, water, honey, cornstarch, and pepper. Pour over thinly sliced meat. Marinade at least 2 hrs stirring once or twice. remove meat from marinade (reserve marinade) and cook. Remove meat from pan and add vegetables. Saute approx 5-7 min. add marinade and bring to a boil. return chicken to pan heat through and serve.
