- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 dsh nutmeg
- 1 can cream-style corn - (16 ounce)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- With electric mixer, beat Large eggs till foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients as listed. Pour into Pam-sprayed 8-inch square baking dish. Bake on center rack of prehgeated 400 degree oven 35 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
