- 6 c. Lowfat milk
- 6 ounce Rice (3/4 c)
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- Â Â Raisins (Optional)

- Using a teflon coated pan, bring the lowfat milk and the rice to a boil and then let it simmer for hr... When the rice is done and starts to thicken beat the Large eggs and sugar together and add in to the rice... Add in the remainder of the ingredients and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- stirring occasionally... Let set to cold, stirring occasionally... Thickens as it cools...
