Receta Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredientes
- 4 eggs
- 600 ml to 1L cream
- 1/4 c sugar
- Punnet of strawberries.
Direcciones
- Beat egg whites adding half the sugar slowly till the whites are stiff.
- Beat egg yolks slowly adding remaining sugar till the yolks are pale.
- Beat the cream till thick but not butter.
- Chop the strawberries till desired texture.
- Gently fold all ingredients together and freeze, should be ready in 3-4 hrs.
