- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup diced fresh rhubarb
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 TBS. all purpose flour
- 3 TBS. cold unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- In large glass measuring cup, whisk together the egg and buttermilk
