- 1/4 pkt tofu or possibly Mori-Nu lite tofu
- 1/2 c. strawberries or possibly blueberries
- 1/2 c. ice
- 2 Tbsp. sugar optional
- Â Â water or possibly juice as needed

- Place the ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.
- NOTES : One way to create a nice creamy smoothie without using bananas, is to use tofu. Mori-Nu states: "fluid recipes with a 2-c. yield can accept 1/2 block of liquid removed tofu without noticeably affecting the flavor".
