- 2 c. mashed strawberries
- 1/2 c. extra-fine sugar
- 1 c. chilled heavy cream
Direcciones
- Combine yogurt, strawberries and sugar. Set aside to marinate for 10 min. Meanwhile, in a cool bowl whip cream to hard peaks. Fold into yogurt mix and transfer to ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
