Receta STUFF BELL PEPPER GRILL TACOS
THIS IS SOMETHING DIFFERENT BUT GOOD ON THE GRILL-A SMOKER MAKES A LOT OF TACOS WITH SMOKE FLAVOR.THE CORN TACO SHELL ADD SO MUCH FLAVOR TO THE MEAT.
Ingredientes
- 1 LB. HAMBURGER OR GROUND CHICHEN
- 1/2 ONION
- 1/2 LB BACON
- 1/2 OR 1 RED BELL PEPPER
- 1 TABLE SPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/2 CUP KETCHUP 1 PACKAGE OF TACO SEASONING
- 1 CUP LONG HORN CHEESE
- 1 CUP RICE
- 1 TSP HUNGARIAN PAPRIKA
- 1 TSP CHICKEN FAJITA SPICE OR SEASONING
- 20 TACO SHELL
- SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

- BROWN HAMBURGER OR CHICKEN DRAIN GREASE AND ADD FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS COOK UNTIL ONION ARE CLEAR. COOK RICE ADD PAPRIKA, FAJITA SEASONING. HEAT THE MIXTURE IN A PAN UNTIL HOT. TO ME RICE NEEDS SEASONING. MIXT ALL TOGETHER ADD LONG HORN CHEESEAND ADD A SLICE CHEESE IN TACO SHELL. STUFF TACO SHELLS WITH THE MIXTURE AND PLACE THEM ON THE GRILL-A SMOKER. THE TACO SHELL AND CHEESE WILL ABSORB THE SMOKE. IT TAKE ABOUT 4 MIN. THEY ARE GOOD STARTERS FOR A PARTYS.
